I have worked as a teacher in traditional and alternative educational systems, and absolutely delight in working with people of all ages and showing them just how capable they are with the right encouragement, tools, and supports.
In the summer of 2021, I had the pleasure of working as the JC Coordinator for Project Ember (an artistic engineering residential summer camp) where I acted as a hands-on mentor and created curriculum for our counselors-in-training.
Before COVID, I was working as a high school art teacher in Colorado, teaching Graphic Design and Drawing & Painting.
For the summers of 2016-2018, I was a Site Manager at Tinkering School in the Bay Area where we teach kids how to use power tools and build giant things with them.
